Clinical Perfusion Scientist

What we're looking for

You will be a dynamic, motivated team player and possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, with empathy and compassion at the heart of the care that you provide. You will be expected to deliver high quality care within the framework of a multi-disciplinary team. You will be supported by an experienced inter-professional team.

Full participation in the department on-call rota is essential. The department offers a 37.5 hour, 3-day working week.�

Here at University Hospital Southampton NHS Foundation Trust (UHS), we recognise the significant contribution your skills and expertise makes to patient care. In light of this we are offering a �208 (pro rata) per month payment and a �2500 (pro rata) retention payment to be paid after 1 year of service to show our commitment to you. In exchange, you will be committed to remaining within your allocated area for a minimum of 12 months, working in partnership with like-minded healthcare professionals in developing others whilst actively contributing to patient safety, experience and outcomes.

Recruitment payments are not applicable to individuals who are moving from Salisbury NHS Foundation Trust or any NHS staff working within Hampshire or the Isle of Wight. These Trusts include; �Portsmouth Hospitals NHS Trust, �Solent NHS Trust, �Hampshire Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust, �Southern Health NHS Foundation Trust, �Isle of Wight NHS Trust, �South Central Ambulance NHS Trust. Recruitment and retention premium payments are subject to terms and conditions and are paid on a pro rata basis.�
